PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard will enable learners to demonstrate understanding of how monitoring and evaluation approaches and tools can be integrated with strategic and operational management processes to assess organisation's performance. While it will be useful for employees in the Public Sector it can also be used by, among others, strategic decision makers, monitoring and evaluation specialists, unit heads and external evaluators, as well as to others who are engaged in monitoring and evaluation activities in Non-Governmental Organisations and the Private Sector.
