PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard applies to the valuation of special assets that are usually sold by auction, and would therefore have particular bearing on auction related qualifications. The acquisition of competence against this Standard will add value to the learner and the auctioneering industry as a whole and will also provide the basis for further development of the learner within the auctioneering industry.
