PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The learner credited with this unit standard is able to explain the legislation and regulations impacting on the public service as well as the powers and composition of the public service. Learners will also be able to list and explain the various labour institutions within the public service and explain the types of disputes which may be handled by each of these institutions.
