PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The learner credited with this Unit Standard is able to deal with the major problem facing stable labour relations, namely large scale retrenchments by organisations. It will enable the learner to facilitate a mass retrenchment process.

Demonstrate an understanding of and apply the requirements for the issuing of a notice of intention to dismiss. |
