PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is aimed at individuals who are involved in the promotion of conservation awareness particularly as it applies to fisheries compliance and the marine ecosystem environment. Individuals will gain the skills and competencies required to educate and inform stakeholders operating in and accessing the environment so as to address the knowledge and understanding of individuals and users of the environment in support of the necessity to conserve the environment for future use and benefits.
