PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The purpose of this unit standard is to enable the correct operation and maintenance of appropriate communication equipment. The individual should develop competent communication etiquette. The sub-field should develop a standard approach to operating communication equipment and applying effective communication skills.
