PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to differentiate between other legislation and High Court and Magistrate's Court legislation. Learners will be able to select the method of carrying out the service in terms of the relevant legislation. Learners will also be able to define various restricted areas in terms of service and be able to follow the rules and affect these restricted areas. Further learners will also be able to process foreign documents in terms of the relevant laws.
