PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is intended for learners in a financial services and/or medical scheme environment. It serves as an introduction to medical schemes for Intermediaries and Call Centre Agents. It will add value to Medical Scheme Administrators, Product Developers, Coordinators of Medical Schemes, Internal Marketers, Scheme Administrators who target Employers and Trade Unions, learners in Corporate Relations and Marketing Departments, Fund Managers, Trainee Financial Planners and Trustees and Principal Officers of medical schemes.
