The person credited with this unit standard is able to obtain information within tariff guides while generating documents for payment received. Learners are also able to identify business solutions while conducting basic financial transactions and providing quality customer service to ensure repeat business.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
  • Applying information contained in tariff guides.
  • Generating the relevant documentation for payment received.
  • Explaining and justifying discrepancies in actual payments versus expected payments.
  • Generating and implementing business solutions, adhering to limitations of authority levels.
  • Providing quality customer service to ensure maximum repeat business. 

  • LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING 
    It is assumed that learners accessing this unit standard are competent in:
