PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
The person credited with this unit standard will be able to prepare, in sequence, to give instructions in a clear and concise manner. They will also be able to ensure the orders and instructions are implementable and achievable and will be able to monitor and correct the implementation of the order towards achieving their desired outcomes.

The qualifying learner will be capable of:
  • Following a sequence for giving instructions.
  • Giving and issuing orders.
  • Clarifying an understanding of orders and instructions.
  • Conducting a debriefing session.

    A sequence for providing orders and instructions is prepared for clarification purposes.

    Presentation equipment and resources are prepared according to their uses.

    Queries are addressed and alterations are made when necessary in a given situation.

    Orders and instructions are altered to meet the desired outcome.

    Conduct a debriefing session.
