This Unit Standard relates to impacting on the development of policy, legislation, structures and instruments at a variety of levels, including organisational, Local, National and International level.
Impacting on includes actions such as analysing, assessing, preparing drafts, making recommendations, researching, lobbying and monitoring. Influence may be exerted within business, civil society or government in order to address violations or abuses, as well as to close gaps so as to promote human rights and democracy. |
