PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit is for learners in an organisational environment which dictates that learners will be judged by the way and manner in which they act.

A person credited with this unit standard will be able to:
  • Demonstrate understanding of the culture of the organization.
  • Apply customer service principles.
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute group marching activities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use physical techniques in order to execute functions.

  • Flexibility (include landing on the other side of the wall)
  • Cardiorespiratory (include completing a work related obstacle course)

  • An individual wishing to be assessed (including through RPL) against this Unit Standard may apply to an assessment agency, assessor or provider institution accredited by the relevant ETQA, or an ETQA that has a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant ETQA.
