PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard requires learners to reflect on their interests and abilities in order to empower them to make informed life decisions. It is intended for the unemployed, out of school youth and employees faced with a life change. It could be included as an elective in any workplace qualification. The Unit Standard could also be useful as a basis for a skills programme in order to provide the learner with an opportunity to understand themselves. It will be useful for learners who want to develop their potential and for learners in business.
