PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The learner credited with this unit standard will be able to install a height gauge according to procedures and specifications, indicating to road vehicles with high loads and abnormal high vehicles to pass safely through under overhead track equipment at level crossings. Successful learners may be certified by the Rail authorities as competent to install a height gauge. |
