PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The learner credited with this unit standard will be able to independently measure and set the stagger and height of the contact wire on OHTE safely and correctly under "live" and/or isolated and earthed conditions according to company-specific procedures and instructions, thus contributing to the safe running of electric trains to prevent damage to pantograph and overhead track equipment and train delays in the rail sector. |
