PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to prepare equipment and materials for the attaching of fittings, wood carvings and mouldings to doors and drawers to complete a product.

Learners accessing this qualification will have demonstrated competence in numeracy and literacy equivalent to NQF level 2. They will also have achieved, or be able to demonstrate equivalent competence to, the National Certificate in Furniture Wood Machining and Cabinet Making, NQF level 2. |
