The person credited with this Unit Standard will monitor and control the auctioning of general and specialised assets.

    Auction processes related to general items are monitored and processes and procedures that do not comply with legal and organizational procedures are identified, recorded and actions recommended to rectify the situation. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    Deficiencies in control mechanisms and precautions are identified and analysed and recommendations made to minimise re-occurrences. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Reports are written and submitted as per organisational specific requirements. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 4 
    Follow up checks are carried out to ensure that recommendations are correctly implemented.

    Accreditation for this Unit Standard shall be obtained from the relevant Education and Training Quality Assurance Body, through summative and formative assessment by a registered assessor.
  • Assessors must be registered as an Assessor with the relevant ETQA, or with an ETQA that has a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant ETQA.
  • Moderators must be registered as assessors with the relevant ETQA, or with an ETQA that has a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant ETQA.
  • Training providers must be accredited by the relevant ETQA or with an ETQA that has a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant ETQA.
