    General guide for scope, context and level:
  • The learner is expected to perform the specific outcomes as reflected in this unit standard with minimal supervision, but with access to work site procedures and operating instructions.
  • The scope of this unit standard deals with the analysing of processed tobacco quality from conditioning to final cutrag.
  • Equipment includes, but is not limited to degradation machine, moisture testing apparatus, filling power gauge, etc.
