A list of all donors who require letters of thanks is drawn up indicating how much money was donated and when |

Particular personal matters which have to be included in individual letters of thanks are identified for inclusion in the letter. |

A draft letter of thanks is drawn up indicating the appreciation for the donation, the use to which the funds will be put, and confirming the benefits for both the donor and the beneficiary. |
