A person credited with this Unit Standard will be able to : Understand and Apply the philosophy, principles and concepts of Labour Intensive Construction (LIC), Develop policies and procedures for Labour Intensive Construction Projects, Develop Labour Intensive Construction documentation, and Promote the use of Labour Intensive Construction methods. This Unit Standard will contribute to the full development of a professional community of Construction Project Managers in the Labour Intensive Construction environment.The skills, knowledge and understanding demonstrated within this unit standard are essential for social and economic transformation and upliftment within the construction environment. |
