PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard has as its core purpose, qualifying learners who will demonstrate ethical and professional conduct in the administration of an agency. They will manage the application of the Batho Pele principles, develop appropriate thinking strategies; determine strategies to adjust to new environments and cultures; manage time, resources and maintain confidentiality.
