The scope of this unit standard starts upon the presentation of a representative groundnut sample and includes sorting, visual inspection and determining of the grade according to applicable grading factors to ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
Grading of groundnuts is performed during the intake and dispatch process. The specific outcomes as reflected in this unit standard are performed without direct supervision, but with access to work-site procedures and operating instructions. |
