UNIT STANDARD RANGE |
In the context of this unit standard a liquid food product is any free flowing or viscous food product that is usually pasteurised, thermised or vacreated in either a plate or a tubular heat exchanger. This unit standard excludes any other means of pasteurisationn or thermisasion, e.g. batch, in-container and ultra violet (UV) pasteurisation, thermisation or vacreation. |
